After ALL fields have been completed... Click "SUBMIT"
You will then complete the "PAYMENT".
(Note: Full Payment MUST be received before registration is complete).
(Note: Football & Cheer CAN NOT be added to the same form).
Participant is resposible for the cost of the CHEER UNIFORM.
The Cheer Director will contact you with information
on how to complete Uniform Sizing and Ordering .
