2021 SEASON

Games Will Be Played At Barbers Hill Eagle Stadium

STADIUM GATE FEE:
There is No Fee to enter the stadium... Unless it is necessary for the league to use the stadium lights for night games, other.
If the stadium lights are necessary for use of any night games... The gate fee will be applied to all games that day.
The gate fee covers the cost of the stadium lights ... Paid to the School District.

Rain Policy

If it is a light rain, show up at your scheduled game time. The League Director(s) will make the call on site, if conditions warrant postponing games until weather lets up. It is very important that all players communicate with his/her coach in order to know what has been decided concerning the weather / rain schedule.

Player/Spectator Areas

Players (Football & Cheer), Coaches, Team Mom & League Staff ONLY... Will Be Allowed With-in The Field Playing Area.
All Specttors MUST remain in the Spectator Area (Bleachers).

NO ALCOHOL or TABACCO PRODUCT (Smoking / Dipping) On BHISD or GCCISD Property.
NO ALCOHOL or TABACCO PRODUCT AT ANY AREA THAT TEAM/PLAYERS ARE TOGETHER... PRACTICING, OTHER.
NO GUNS, KNIVES or Other form of weapon allowed on BHISD or GCCISD property.
NO FIREWORKS or CONFETTI of any kind allowed on BHISD or GCCISD property.

NO DOGS ALLOWED! -

Please do not bring your pets to the fields...You will be asked to leave.

Parking

Please respect others when parking.
Park in designated parking areas only.
 Do not leave children unattended in this area.

Trash

It is every ones responsibility to help with the trash/litter.
Please remove your trash from the fields and bleachers.
Coaches – It is your responsibility to remove trash (water bottles, Gatorade, etc) from your sideline.

General Responsibility Of All

Children are not to be left alone while at the stadium
It is the responsibility of All Coaches and Parents, to keep players and other children in the areas designated for Playing Games or Spectating.
